Online purchases returned within 90 days to the online Returns Center by mail will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Items must be returned, in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Prepaid return shipping label fee.
Items purchased from ToyWiz.com can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Shipping costs non-refundable. Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
You must fill out a Return Information Form and return the item within 7 days of its arrival. The return must be approved by customer service.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated with returns and exchanges excluding damage incurred during shipment.
